We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.

What You’ll Do
Support teammates with day-to-day IT issues across macOS and Windows.
Set up laptops, accounts, and access for new hires, and handle offboarding cleanly.
Manage company hardware — ordering, setup, maintenance, and tracking.
Keep meeting rooms and AV setups (Google Meet, Logitech) working reliably.
Support access and identity tools like Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
Assign software access and help manage licenses and renewals.
Keep IT documentation clear, current, and useful.
Support internal events and office tech setups.
Spot issues early and help improve how IT works as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
Early experience or strong interest in IT / desktop support.
Comfortable working with macOS and Windows.
Willing to take ownership and see tasks through to the end.
High standards for quality — you care that things work properly.
Motivation to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility over time.
Enjoy being visible, trusted, and relied on by the team.

AI Competency
Familiarity with AI productivity tools ( Notion AI, Gemini,) and ability to use them to accelerate daily work.
