What You Will Do

• Source and identify top talent through creative outreach and research

• Conduct engaging screening interviews to assess candidate fit

• Build and optimize TA automation workflows using AI tools to improve efficiency

• Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams throughout the hiring process

• Help bring exceptional new Monteers on board

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with AI-powered tools to accelerate your work (Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, ChatGPT, etc.), with the willingness to learn more.

• You’re currently studying a bachelor or master’s degree with at least a year left of your studies

• You’re detail-oriented, structured, and love ticking things off a list

• You’re a strong communicator and comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and locations

• You’re curious and eager to learn more about Talent Acquisition

• You’re fluent in English, bonus points for other languages ;)
