We're looking for an Engineering Student Assistant to join our Financial Services team — someone ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.

What You Will Do

• Work on core Financial Services domains such as Card payments, Invoicing, Withdrawals and KYC flows

• Design, build, and maintain monitoring and alerting for Financial Services (KPIs, data pipelines, and services) so the team has real-time visibility and fast incident response

• Help adapt systems to global regulation changes and country-specific compliance requirements

• Build and iterate on financial reconciliation to improve accuracy and traceability in internal financial data

• Build internal tools for Finance and Financial Services to remove manual work and speed up decision-making, using AI powered tooling for fast iteration

• Write and maintain clear documentation for financial flows, systems, and team ways of working

• Learn how real-world financial software works, end-to-end, in a production environment

What We're Looking For

• You're currently studying a bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field — with at least a year left

• You have hands-on coding experience: Java/Kotlin, PHP, SQL, or general backend/full-stack development - specific languages are not important

• Comfortable with AI-powered tools to accelerate your work (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.), with the willingness to learn more

• You're detail-oriented and take pride in building software that brings value to customers

• You're curious about where engineering and finance intersect — and excited to work close to real business impact

• You're fluent in English; bonus points for other languages 😉
