We’re looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.
This Is What You Will Achieve
Build the partner portfolio — identify, approach, and sign the right partners that open new markets, channels, and revenue streams for Monta.
Drive commercial impact — own a partnership-driven pipeline target and contribute directly to revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals.
Build the partner engine — operationalize partnership models (reseller, referral, technology, integration) and make them work end-to-end.
Scale partner quality — develop enablement programs, certification tracks, and playbooks that make partners genuinely ready to sell and implement Monta.
What You’ll Do
Partner Sourcing & Business Development
Identify and prioritize high-potential partners across reseller, referral, technology, and integration categories.
Lead outreach, pitching, and commercial negotiation to bring new partners into the Monta ecosystem.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective partners and manage them through to signed agreements.
Partner Activation & Enablement
Operationalize defined partnership models and develop structured onboarding, enablement, and certification programs.
Create partner playbooks, training sessions, and sales enablement materials.
Ensure partners are technically and commercially ready to sell and implement Monta.
Commercial Ownership
Own a partnership-driven pipeline target with clear revenue responsibility.
Define goals and KPIs with each partner, track performance, and conduct regular business reviews.
Joint Go-To-Market Execution
Identify co-selling and co-marketing opportunities; collaborate with Sales on joint account planning.
Drive coordinated outreach campaigns and align with Marketing on partner-driven events and webinars.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams — Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Tech.
Translate partner feedback into actionable product insights and maintain CRM discipline and clear reporting.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnership Management
Hunter mentality with partnership depth — you've sourced and signed partners from scratch, not just managed inherited relationships, and you know how to build a partner pipeline.
Hands-on builder — comfortable creating processes and materials from scratch, not just managing what already exists.
Strong communicator who builds alignment fast across partners and internal stakeholders.
Resilient and structured — you bring clarity and focus when priorities compete and time is short.
Comfortable with AI-powered tools (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate your work.
Preferred: Experience in EV charging or e-mobility, B2B SaaS, working with technology/integration partners, or strong technical/API acumen.
