As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting our partner’s growth in the EV industry. You’ll join a collaborative and dynamic Customer Success team, working closely with Sales, Product, and CSMs to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Here are some things you’ll be working on:
- Account Management Relationship: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring customers achieve their business expansion goals through Monta's B2B2C platform.
- Retention Strategy: Proactively identify and address customer needs to secure renewal, mitigate risk and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Growth & Expansion: Leverage your expertise to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current customer base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop tailored account strategies that align with customer goals and Monta’s offerings, driving incremental value for both parties.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse customer usage trends and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- Relationship Management: Together with Customer Success Managers, build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CxOs, through regular touchpoints and strategic engagement.

Collaboration & Influence: Partner with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve challenges efficiently

Advocacy Building: Turn satisfied customers into advocates by highlighting their success and fostering opportunities for case studies or testimonials.

- Retention Goals: Achieving high customer retention rates through proactive engagement and value delivery.
- Collaboration Metrics: Working effectively with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Expansion Targets: Meeting or exceeding revenue growth goals within your assigned portfolio.
- Customer Satisfaction: Building strong customer relationships that lead to high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that drive their success.
- Retention & Growth Expertise: Proven track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets within a SaaS or software environment.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including CxOs.
- Strategic Thinker: Skilled in account planning and uncovering opportunities for growth within a portfolio.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to address customer challenges.
- High Adaptability: Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments in a start up.
- Industry Passion: Enthusiasm for the e-mobility space and Monta’s mission to revolutionize EV industry
To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience
- At least 5 years in account management or similar roles within SaaS, software, or technology sectors. Ideally in the EV, fintech industries or B2B2C experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer retention, expansion, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with sales and account management frameworks like MEDDICC is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (we use Hubspot) and data-driven account management.
- Fluent in other languages is a plus

What’s the salary range for this role?
The salary range for this role is 50,000 - 60,000 GBP per annum. (Our offer will be based on the level of your experience.)
