How We Foster A Diverse Culture
Fair Hiring (Review)
We provide workshops to all employees about how to eliminate unconscious bias, helping to establish a fair and unbiased process from start to finish.
Relationship Building
Through regular team building activities we encourage ongoing opportunities to cultivate inclusivity and belonging across all internal teams and departments.
Cultural Exchange
We host a culture week every year where employees can bring food, music, or anything else they want to share about their culture. This open exchange and celebration helps us better understand and appreciate each other.
Inclusive Leadership
All Monteers in leadership roles participate in leadership development to ensure they understand unconscious bias, provide effective feedback, and have the tools to be inclusive.
