We are on the lookout for a talented Global Sales Development Manager to lead the sales development team tasked with finding new leads for the sales team.

We'll use this funding to enhance our software-only strategy, expand into new markets, and improve our product for an electrified future ⚡

- Ensuring that the team works with strong and uniform processes and tools.
- Doubling our outreach to potential clients.
- Improving the quality of customer research and our hit rate in outreach.
Here are some of your core responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-performing team of sales development representatives globally.
- As team grows, ownership of a transactional sales team as SDRs transition to AEs
- Recruit centralized and/or decentralized team that is multilingual and able to support 9 countries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting key accounts in the global market.
- Work closely with rev ops and market research team to optimized SQO delivery
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Train and mentor sales development representatives and growth account executives on best practices for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Meet and exceed opportunity revenue targets for the global market.
To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR.
- Strong understanding of lead development tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and market trends to inform outreach strategies.
- Proficiency in managing CRM software and tools.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience with managing an SDR team is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
