What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with our P&C Operations team and get exposure to all key areas of the employee lifecycle. Your tasks will include:

• Booking and managing onboarding sessions for new hires

• Supporting and optimizing our pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding workflows

• Helping with company-wide processes like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and soon-to-come 360-feedback!

• Assisting in the development of our benefits offerings across all Monta locations (think: health insurance, pensions, gym memberships, and more)
  

• Supporting people analytics and reporting – including preparing slides for our monthly company catchups
  

• Jumping into other people-related projects as we continue to grow 🚀

What you’ll bring

• You’re currently studying a relevant degree (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology – or anything else that makes sense!)

• You’re detail-oriented, structured, and love ticking things off a list

• You’re a strong communicator and comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and locations

• You’re curious and eager to learn more about People & Culture

• You’re fluent in English, bonus points for other languages ;)
