We are looking for a Wallet Operations Specialist to join our finance team in Vilnius. The Role

As a Wallet Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial transactions related to our digital wallets. Reporting to our Wallet Operations Manager, you will monitor financial flows, support the monthly billing cycle, assist customers with billing-related queries, and ensure smooth reconciliations. 

To ensure a smooth onboarding, you will spend your first three weeks at our headquarters in Copenhagen, followed by biannual travel to HQ to stay aligned with the team and company vision.

Here are some of your core responsibilities

• Monitor financial flows: Track and analyze digital wallet transactions, ensuring accuracy and smooth processing.
• Support the monthly billing cycle: Assist in generating invoices, reviewing transactions, and ensuring timely processing.
• Customer and internal support: Address customer and internal team inquiries related to financial transactions, billing, and wallet balances.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of wallet balances, transactions, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance: Work with internal teams to meet financial regulations and security standards.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with finance, product, and customer support teams to optimize wallet operations.
• Control of wallet payout operations: monitor and review outgoing payments to customers through KYC procedures.

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience

• 2+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with fintech and digital wallets or payment processing systems.
• Experience in reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive and structured mindset, with a high sense of accountability.
