We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist - German Speaking - Day Shift who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.
As a Customer Support Specialist...
...you will be one of the first handful of hires and a key element in shaping the culture, foundation and future of the Support Team. You will be our voice to the outside world, and it is therefore crucial that you have a passion for helping people. Our users are always 100% in focus and it is important to us that they get an awesome experience when they contact us.
What you will do:
Respond promptly to inquiries mainly from B2C via email, phone, live chat, and our contact formular.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Provide product knowledge and guidance tailored to the needs of individual consumers.
Guide customers in setting up their charging stations, ensuring all the instructions are clear and straightforward.
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including the development team to report on any product bugs or shortcomings.
Create knowledge base articles and update internal documentation in support of the customer experience.
Working on a shift-based schedule Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 07:00-19:00, in 7.5-8h blocks.
What we are looking for
You are fluent in English and German - Bonus if you speak other languages.
You are ideally located in or around Copenhagen, Denmark.
You are driven and can think outside of the box.
You have experience working in customer-facing environments.
You have attention to detail and are not afraid of taking ownership.
You are tech-savvy.
