We’re looking for a Partner Support Agent who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.
This Is What You Will Achieve
- Impact: You will work in the rapidly growing EV space, and help shape it from Monta’s role in the eco-system.
- Solve hard problems: bring clarity to customer requests and confusions while empowering them through our product knowledge.
- Explore self-sustainability in a constantly questioning everyday: learn to make your own judgement calls to benefit the team and our customers as much as possible.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll communicate directly with our partners, operators, and other high-value customers; primarily through tickets, emails, chats, and both inbound and outbound calls.
- You’ll listen carefully to our partners’ needs and concerns, providing professional and friendly support that always puts our customers first.
- You’ll collaborate closely with your Support-teammates and other departments to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
- You’ll prioritise and manage Support-tickets, ensuring that every partner query is handled with care, in line with our Quality Assurance standards, and resolved promptly.
- You’ll identify gaps in processes and provide your feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- You’ll face challenges that you must navigate and find the best possible solution for.
What We’re Looking For
Profile
- A strong communicator who can juggle a fitting tone for any type of customer.
- A teammate who is resilient, curious, and hands-on in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- An authentic team player with empathy, ownership, and growth mindset.
- A sparring colleague who is comfortable with exploring AI-powered tools to accelerate your work (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, etc.), with the willingness to learn more.
Preferred qualities and experience:
- +2 years of Customer Support experience - preferably with technical software.
- Experience with: API, reproduction steps, documentation, SLAs, KPIs
- Multilingual (English is a must - preferred other languages: French, German, Danish)
