Hiring Process
Phase 1
Kick things off
The initial virtual interview is the opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll provide detailed information about Monta - our values, mission, and vision for the company. At the same time we’re excited to learn what drives you, both personally and professionally.
Phase 2
Get to know you
In the second interview we’ll delve further into the technical aspects of your role, explore your expertise within your field and learn about your career aspirations.
Phase 3
Meet the team
The third interview is meeting your potential team to discuss work dynamics and assess a cultural fit. Depending on the role, you may also be asked to present a short case study or show off your skills by doing a relevant task. Don't worry, you’ll receive information in advance!
Phase 4
Final call
Great news - you’re almost a part of the Monta team! In this last step you’ll have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions before the deal is finalised. In this conversation, we'll discuss the last details and ensure alignment before moving forward together!

It’s our priority to treat all candidates fairly and in order to best do this we offer workshops to our Talent Acquisition team to enhance their awareness of unconscious bias. This gives them the tools to stay vigilant throughout the review process and ensure all applications receive a fair review.
